The only European realists on the issue with the Greenland/USA union appears to be Italy’s Meloni & the NATO President. They SEE limiting the threat of any future Russia or China expansion into this strategic area of GL. WHO in the EU would be able to stop a R or C attempted takeover if the situation arises? Without America, NATO would be humiliated militarily by a either R or C. This GL/USA union would be in the best interests of both America & all of Europe.
