To me end result is regime change, getting rid of dictators is key to human survival and immigration issues. It’s understandable to restrict nuclear bombs but this is so much bigger when you consider a regime can kill 30 to 40 thousand people in their country and get away with it. Can anyone imagine is that happened here in the US?
If they have no problem,with killing 40 thousand of their on people , they would have no problem putting a nuke in New York city, Boston, Philidelphia, D C , and Baltimore .
