NATO countries are looking like that CNN outfit, Comedy Nonsense Network! Refusing to let America use the bases ‘we built and occupy’ should be reason enough to VACATE that alliance! How much greater of an ingrate, that “bites the hand that feeds them,” for about 8 DECADES, can there be?
I do remain confounded about how we are “energy independent,” when we produce about 13 MILLION barrels of oil per day, BUT, we consume over *20* MILLION barrels of that same oil per day? Maybe this is all figured using that ‘NEW’ math to explain it?
Firewagon, I agree. If we’re “energy independent”, why are our gas prices so high? We don’t have enough oil and natural gas to sell to Europe. Selling to Europe drives up prices here.
I learned over 30 years ago that energy Which includes oil) and food prices are controlled by the Chicago Board of Trade. Supply and demand have very little to do with the price. There are speculators that actually have bets on how high they drive the price of a commodity up. Remember when oil hit $100.00 per barrel in 2008? It was all over a bet between the speculators. Those speculators are also responsible for the farm crises of the early 1980s. When Oboob first became president he said he was going to launch investigations into the New York Stock Exchange because he suspected speculator fraud. Notice he left the Chicago Board of Trade alone. Could it be because Chicago is Oboob’s adopted hometown?
NATO should be supporting America since we pay the most into it! Otherwise, they depend to much on our tax dollars! Finish Iran terrorist off and then withdrawal from NATO cowards!
