The only absentee ballots that should be allowed should be for those disabled and unable to vote in person or elderly older than 75. The next should be military and civilians residing over seas. BUT, those ballot MUST arrive to those people within well in advance of election so they can mailed and arrive and be counted either prior to election day, or on election day. Counting votes should not be dragged out for a day, a week or month at all. Everyone needs to show proof of citizens ship, and receive registration as a legal voter. There should be NO OTHER mail in ballots.
