Lifelong Republican? A doctor I know had a letter in the newspaper that he was a lifelong Republican but couldn’t vote for Trump. His ex-wife and now my SIL told me that he hadn’t voted Republican since 1968. It’s one of the most stale canards around but constantly repeated by lifelong Democrats.

Bass and Newsom let them spread out into the lower income area’s like my city of Compton, a city which has aways been singled out for the violence here, but Comoton was just like any city with good and bad areas.
