Florida election rules. Convicted Felons do not have the to vote in Florida UNLESS THEIR RIGHTS HAVE BEEN RESTORED. RESTORATION of voting rights are achieved by serving their sentence and have paid ALL their fines, restitution, and fees. Only then are voting rights restored.

This law prevented 775,000 felons from voting. By their law DONNY does not have the right to vote and his name should be removed. We wouldn’t want Donny to vote illegally. HORRID SCAM.
