All we need is one of the big banks or brokerage firm to move their headquarters out of NYC. Even though they share the socialist ideals, their greed is a higher aspiration. Maybe that will wake up the poor socialists.
TJ56: Ditto. I keep waiting for the financial “geniuses” to figure out that they don’t have to operate out of NYC…they hold all the cards. They can choose any place in the USA in which to headquarter…they can choose for quality of life, taxation rates, cost of living/doing business, climate, etc. Beats me why they didn’t get out of NYC well before Commie Mamdani was elected by the city grifters & woke 30-yr-olds still living with mommy & daddy—or still in a dorm room at an Ivy League U, majoring in “Liberal Arts” for the last 8 years.
Mamdani is hugely popular in NYC. Nobody’s leaving here, in fact most Wealthy New Yorkers are solidly behind his programs. Because it will lessen the high expense difficulties that their employees have suffered for many years. The cost to them is minimal, but the benefit to their working families is huge. If you don’t live in NYC, STFU!
