Well looks like NYC Dumb Mayor Ideas arent working and the lazy asses fence jumpers might want to jump back over the fence . New York City has been a mess for years and now its becoming a real shit hole . When they changed the eviction laws so instead of taking a week to evict now takes 2 months ,that just caused landlords to pick much better tenants so less chance to go back to court .Leaving some good tenants who ran in to hard times harder to get into a new place . Also it put the burden on landlords to let them stay rent free longer .Wow another dumb move .
The folks who are about to become homeless are likely the ones who voted for Mamdummy. People live in RVs because they can’t afford a house and they can’t afford rent either. Same problem in Commiefornia.
Renters can screw over landlords one after the other and maybe pay rent once a year if they play the game right. So landlords should design a renter evaluation list with all of the renters they have rated on a 1 to 10 scale and put it on a data base for all other landlords to share. That way if after finally being evicted from one place their next landlord can check the list and not take the chance on that renters scale number. However the problem is that landlords mostly do not care as long as the bad tenant moves out and is no longer their problem.
