POTUS should call up the Marines and the Army to round up everyone of these people which I would imagine includes Illegal Aliens. The money funding these riots should be tracked and legal action taken against every one that is funding these riots. I strongly believe the people funding these riots should face a minimum of 20 years in prison without a chance of reduced sentences.
