Aliens crossing the border illegally become criminals by their act. Criminals are not supposed to be able to profit from their crime. Hence they must be deported immediately. It makes no sense to allow illegals the benefits of a trial and attorney. To do so allows them to benefit from their crime. Either an alien is in the computer as duly processed and therefore legal or he is not. It shouldn’t take a Judge’s time to look at the computer and make the decision to put the alien over the border.
I haven’t seen anyone report the ‘sad’ math facts. O’bummer was labeled ‘The Deporter-in-Chief’ by having deported around 375,000 alien migrants over his *8* years as POTUS! President Trump has eclipsed that by nearly double in his FIRST year. The major problem being, unless President Trump’s deportations are RAMPED up exponentially, at his current ‘record’ rate, it will take **28** years to DEPORT the over 20 MILLION invaders ushered in by that catastrophic Biden mess! And, at the rate these ILLEGALS multiply, as they say, “IT AIN’T A GUNNA HAPPEN!” As Ripley would say, “BELIEVE IT OR NOT.”
My biggest gripe is that deportations aren’t happening more quickly. Seems Americans are losing their lives every week to BIDEN illegal, and we also seem to have a political party that thinks ILLEGALS come first, AMERICANS just need to pick up after them. I always thought law breaking was to be prosecuted, and ILLEGALS are breaking our laws, period, just by being here. Get them out. A lady just a couple days ago was beaten to death with a hammer! How many more have to suffer and die thanks to Biden’s not upholding our laws??
