Possibly rash from a starched collar, since he’s having to where dress clothes all day, rubbing on his neck.
Blood thinner can cause the bruising from hand shaking or just hitting the back of the hand. Rash can be from a hair product or shirt starch. Bruising on place where blood draws for lab work! I take them and bruise very easy.
