This has to be a total SHAME on America. Just to consider what could have been done with the BILLIONS of dollars to improve America’s infrastructure, not to mention addressing the homeless population and drug abuse problems! This mess all but demands “We The Serfs” put a moratorium on paying taxes, until some modicum of ‘Fiscal sanity’ is restored to this government, and others!
