1. Concealed carry is legal.
2. It is ILLEGAL to carry concealed when you are in the process of committing a felony.
3. Obstructing Federal law enforcement agents is a felony crime.
4. Pretti was obstructing Federal law enforcement agents.
5. Pretti was committing a felony.
6. Pretti had no legal right to be carrying concealed while committing a crime.
7. An armed individual obstructing law enforcement agents is a lethal threat whether or not the individual is brandishing (drawing) the weapon.
It is unfortunate that this man lost his life over his poor decisions. Federal law enforcement faces hatred, abuse, attacks, obstruction, violence directed at them EVERYDAY in carrying out their legal duties and obligations to the US Government, Constitution, and our Democratic Republic.
Violence against law enforcement agents is Anti-Democratic and Anti-Constitutional and it is the rioters who are destroying our constitution and country, not law enforcement, not the current administration.

This was also not Pretti’s 1st run in with those ICE Agents.just a few days before he kicked out the taillight on a ICE Vehicle and spat in ICE Agents faces and fought hard enough that at least 1 rib of his was broken in the physical altercation. The other thing the Media is hiding is hisTattooes allover his body and neck while attending some weird gathering. It’s funny how they won’t publicly show that picture or talk about his prior altercation with ICE. He went probably knowing after being told that carrying Concealed in a Active Protest Area was in fact a Felony which is probably why he was fighting those Agents so hard.
Trump can’t even enjoy breakfast without the media stalking him. Praying at the restaurant was so great. Thank you kind person.
Who knows what would have happened with Pretti’s weapon. Another deranged protester could have grab it off Pretti and started shooting everyone.

I am sorry anyone who loses their lives in this situation. I am a licensed CC firearms owner, and anyone with half a brain knows that you don’t set out to an active protest, with agitators in the streets clashing with Federal agents, with a loaded weapon with two magazines, and then engage federal agents who are in the middle of this mess. You’d best expect it won’t end well for you. Unfortunately, this person, as well as Ms. Good chose to engage and use her vehicle as a weapon against Federal agents. What is happening in MN is a direct result of their lax policies against illegal alien criminals that flocked to that state because it is a generous welfare state. That pathetic excuse for a governor and mayor have encouraged people to stand up and fight against Federal agents. There are many paid agitators out there that work for organizations that pay 25-40.00 per hour to show up and start chaos. If you don’t believe me, look it up. Paid activist jobs on indeed.com and Zip Recruiter.com. The organizations funding this activity out there are in plain sight, all you have to do is your research.
I do not like what is happening with ICE agents and maybe some of them have gone overboard. However, as a professional that has worked many cases with LEO for most of my career, you have to make a split-second decision when someone engages you with any kind of weapon or be possibly killed. These people posting on SM also, who are being fired from their jobs are out of their minds with the hatred as well. Young and in their prime, and because of their blind hatred, they have screwed themselves in the prime of their careers. Good luck getting another job, because the video you made went viral, and now everyone knows who you are and what your heinous thoughts are. No one will touch you now.
These people are not rational, and there is no way anyone who is rational would engage in this kind of behavior. Be responsible and stay on the right side of the law and don’t show up at a volatile situation where you are going to be in the thick of harm’s way. Especially with a loaded gun or aim your vehicle as a weapon.
