It’s up to the federal government to prosecute and yet the Trump administration lacks the guts or will to even try the cases. Justice delayed or ignored is justice denied. And the federal failure is going to open the floodgates to much worse behavior because there are no consequences. Mr President, maybe nobody else understands, but you do. You are right. ICE Obstructionist Mayors, Governors, rioters should all be spending time before a judge. It is time to get serious and it is time for the DOJ to start prosecutions and get convictions.
