It is not so much black culture as much as parents lack of correction. Old saying ” spare the rod lose the child”. Seams the blacks don’t believe in that and today neither do the whites. Take out the 2×4 and teach your kids to behave.

What about the two 15 year old black boys that beat a 9 year old white girl brutally on a school bus while the other students only video’d the event and the bus driver DID NOTHING. Yep, i agree with pretty much everyone here. We weren’t abused as kids, but we got a smack if we deserved it. Not often, but once or twice is enough to know what’s coming if you dont wise up. Parents gotta parent. Teach them and make sure they listen. I’m glad the dad got involved or it may have been ugly with those 2 big boys on one kid. Sherrif handled it well.
