communist: advocating class war and leading to a society in which ALL property is publicly owned and each person works and is paid according to their abilities and needs. Meaning : you have no rights to decide what career YOU want. You cannot own anything. You get paid what someone else THINKS your worth. Benning to sound like the freedom we fought for back in 1776.
communist totalitarianism: leaders make all decisions
socialism: allows SOME degree of private property and typically supports state and collective own ship of key industries while permitting individual own ship in other sectors. MEANING: who is running the party selects what industries and property THEY allow you to have.
economic socialism: part focusing and redistributing wealth and proving welfare. Sounds like reparations – people produce wealth and the poor sit on their ass and collect.
Do you realize that the people on welfare will never get ahead because we the people determined how much they get. Do you realize we the people decided what they could buy with that money we give them (no snacks, no soda and so on).

Answer: It is build around a political philosophy that private ownership of property is inherently “bad” and that direct government ownership and control of everything possible is the way to go.
In this context the Mandami appears to be an advocate of effectively
eliminating private ownership of real property in the city by squeezing private ownership out of existence with strong rent controls, limiting rental revenue, and strong repair and maintenance rules designed to force expenditures beyond landlords capacity to pay with the city then confiscating the properties. This is a classic Communist strategy for forcing public ownership on a broad basis with out fair (or any) payment. Lack of respect for private ownership is a feature of Communists—a believe that if the government controls everything the world will be ‘more fair’. History, however, suggests that inherent government in-efficiencies tend to make a far bigger mess than greedy landlords because the government by definition has a monopoly, and private ownership hopefully provides those dealing with it a choice.
To be in a state like NY is just discussing. The other states need to build a wall around the state and keep the sick minded people there. Let them die with their own decisions. I hope every apartment closes there doors and kicks all of the people out. Let them live on the street with all of the garbage and sh!t. Let them have just what they voted for. The Federal Government should withdraw all funding and claw back all of the funding to the state and let them pay for everything themselves. SCREW NY WE CAN DO WITHOUT THEM AND THE STOCK MARKET CAN MOVE TO THE GREAT STATE OF TEXAS.
