A lot of this sounds “circumstantial.” If Congress and DOJ have evidence against her, they should have already kicked her out of the country. I’ll say this again, just like all of the other crooks in Congress, nothing will ever happen to her. Biden took classified documents from the skif while he was a senator, and nothing will ever happen to him. The Biden’s call all of this “plausible deniability.” All she’s going to do is deny everything and nothing will happen to her.
