Communist Mayors and Governors have always had a Spending Problem just like the Federal Government. The difference is that the Federal can print Fiat Currency and States and Cities cannot. But again the combination of spending money they don’t have and printing Fiat Currency have caused our Trillions of Dollars of National. In October of 1981 our National Debt was 1 Trillion Dollars. Now 45 years later we are headed for Bankruptcy thanks to Washington DC Greed and Incompetency.
