We now need to do what Abraham Lincoln did that has never been put to rest. Abrham Lincoln declared himself to be the sole ruler of the Union, and by declaration of war, the sole ruler of the rest of our part of North America. And to be the sole ruler by every president to come after his had ended. Still does. Every president after Lincoln has made Law by Proclamation. (Executive Order) Nothing in the constitution allows any president to do any such thing, except!, “See that laws enacted, and duly passed as the constitution provides, are faithfully administered.” The actions and duties of the Supreme Court of the United States have ever been set forth or defined, ever! Not even the number of Justices that there supposed to be seated as Justices or determined to be the Chief of the Court. Anything that, at present, seated on the Supreme Court, five Justices acting in concert, or conspiracy by intimidation, bribery, or of similar persuasion, can rule the United States by their five general consent. Read Article III of the Constitution, and you will have to conclude that there are no duties required of any kind or sort that the Court is Charged with doing, fair or foul. None! They can name anyone as our dictator, Lincoln’s was never rescinded except by the Republican Party who wanted him out of the way at the near conclusion of the War of Northern Aggression that ended During President Johnson’s regime that started, “Reconstruction”. Reconstruction was anomaly that allowed the, “Ratification” of the 13th, 14th, and 15th, “Amendments” to the US Constitution while the legislatures of the former secessionist states were ordered by the “legislatures” by the Union Generals in charge of the post war military occupation following the defeat of the Confederate States of America. Reconstruction has best defined by, Walter Brian Cisco’s book, “War Crimes Against Southern Civilians”. The lot of the supposed freeing of the former black slaves, in particular, was an atrocity perpetrated by Union Soldiers, along with other rape and pillaging and looting. We, the “14th Amendment”, means that we lost our primary citizenship of the state where we live. Our citizenship thus falls under the control of Congress as their property. Had there been a Treaty of Surrender following the War of Aggression with stated duties and rights, this might not have been imposed on the people with the loss of our liberty to the federal government.
Thune is merely the head of the GOP snake. These ‘Grand Old Putzes’ are proficient at one thing only. When gifted the reins of government power, they completely FAIL to govern! As is said far too often in America today, “You Just Can’t Make This Schiff Up.”
