I believe they only arrest illegal people, which is a crime, but first working on the worst, then they can continue with rest.

That won’t happen, politicians are exempt from following laws.
I hope after ICE picks up the ones in jail, that they will return for the rest, as any foreigner in this country who came in without following legal channels IS still a criminal by that very act, regardless of whether they committed additional crimes or not.
I also hope that Frey, Ilhan, and Waltz are not being cut a deal to get away with fraud for allowing ICE to go into jails. Each one of them deserves the maximum sentence.
