I’m American, and summered in Tehran in 1966 to visit my dad working for Iran Air on loan from Pan American Airways. Had my 16th birthday party at the Tehran Hilton…flaming shish kebabs, Persian rice tahdig on the menu, Egyptian belly dancers. Lots of beautiful Persian ladies and men in the dining room. Flew to Isfahan to buy silk Persian rugs. Let this amazing Persia come back to these wonderful, intelliegent, kind people and country.

Parades like the one shown are wonderful targets. a few planes dropping napalm on the parade should be able to wipe out all the participants.
The only question remaining was how many more thousand Iranians must die, or be imprisoned, before “We Are Coming” actually gets there?
Last I heard, the Iranian Gov’t completed the demise of over 30K of their citizens who recently protested. The Gov’t headhunters are probably still hard at work. Freedom in Iran will not come easy, if ever.
