By going directly to ‘We the People’ in a live TV broadcast, Trump spoke directly to the American public without being ‘filtered’ by Big Media. His speech was reasonably short and to the point (thankfully). He gave facts that could be documented. Big Media couldn’t cherry-pick sound bites and edit his speech to fit the Socialist agenda. Post speech spin by Big Media was fun to watch as they tried desperately to downplay and twist Trump’s speech into something that wasn’t. Brilliant move by Trump.
